The East Winds Activity Centre is a resource primarily designed as a Scouting Activity Centre, but is also suitable for a host of other uses.

LOCATION
The Activity Centre is located on St Anne's Terrace (off Wick Road), Brislington, Bristol. Location Map

INDOOR ACCOMMODATION
Bunk Room 1: bunk beds for 8 people.
Bunk Room 2: bunk beds for 6 people.
Disabled access, including toilet and shower facilities.
Toilet facilities.
The hall and kitchen are lit throughout and additional power points available. Smoke alarms and emergency lighting.

OUTDOOR AREA
Total site area is around ¼ acre, alongside a narrow brook.
The area outside the building can be used for camping and/or outdoor activities.
Suitable for open air Scouting Activities
Camp Fire cooking to Bridge Building
Games to Patrol Leader Training
Ideal for open air Cub Scout Activities of all sorts
Magic for Beaver Scout Picnics and Games
Perfect for Bar-B-Q's

CAR PARKING
Parking is available on site.


Bona fide youth groups, affiliated to a parent organisation, are able to use the site. Non Scout/Guide youth groups are required to be insured against personal and public liability, and will be required to provide details of their insurance and charitable status. No music, singing or noise is allowed between 10.30pm and 8.00am. Disturbance to neighbouring properties is not permitted.

The Activity Centre is available for use by Scouting organisations as well as by other youth organisations and community groups.
